Opening Hours, Pricing & Peak Times
We board cats all year round 365 days of the year, but some days we are closed to our “human” customers including Bank Holidays, Christmas Day/Boxing Day/New Year's Day.
For viewings, please contact us to arrange a time to visit.
For new bookings call 01202 015116. The office is open 9am-4pm 7 days a week. Any calls after 4pm, please leave a message and we will return your call the next morning.

Peak Periods (see holiday list below) £2.00 extra per day excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day which are charged at double day rate
Administration of Injections of Insulin and or/ any other medication to be administered outside of hours 9-4pm
£7.50 per day
Prices include bedding, wet and dry food (except specialist food) toys, scratch posts, litter, heating
and insurance during your cats stay.

We have Hutches and Cages available in our small animal hotel for all our small animal guests

Drop offs and collections
Please note, like a human hotel, we need to be able to clean a chalet prior to the next cat / small animal guest arriving so hence a 1pm close for drop offs and collections.
We are open 9am-1pm 7 days a week for animal drop offs and collections excluding Bank Holidays / Christmas and New Year.
