Bookings are only valid if a 50% deposit has been paid

All cats must be vaccinated against cat flu and feline infectious enteritis and be up to date with annual boosters within the last 12 months. Pets will not be accepted without a current vaccination certificate, signed by their vet which also needs to show their microchip number.

All cats must be on a current flea, worm and tick treatment which covers the length of their stay

Any known medical condition or illness must be declared at the time of booking/check in

We reserve the right to refuse pets with any i’ll ems that might endanger other animals or which has not been notified to us in advance. All animals are accepted at owners own risk

We are happy to administer most treatments including insulin provided the treatment has been prescribed by a vet and the medication is clearly labelled with written instructions

Un-neutered or in-spayed cats over six months old will not be accepted for boarding without prior agreement with us in advance. An additional cleaning charge may be required

Cancellation/changes to a booking must be made three weeks prior to bookings during peak times and 10 days prior to bookings for non-peak times in order to received a full deposit refund

A full days board will be charged for both arrival and departure days in all instances. Arrival and departures must be between 9am-1pm Mon to Sun

There is a minimum stay of 3 days throughout the year with the exception of peak times eg Easter, Christmas, New Year and Summer when a 5-day minimum charge will apply.

Christmas Day and New Year’s day are charged at double rate

All cats must be transported in a suitable cat carrier which will remain at the cattery throughout their stay for emergency use ie fire or unexpected trips to the vet

Any veterinary treatment deemed necessary is at the owners own expense and charges may be incurred to cover the cost of transportation

In the unlikely event of non-collection of your pet on the check-out date and subsequent failure to either contact or resolve the situation with your nominated emergency contact person within 14 days, we reserve the right to find alternative accommodation including moving your pet to either Cats Protection or the RSPCA.

If in the unlikely event your pet passes away during its stay, the owner will be advised and the pet will be taken to either it’s own Veterinary Practice or the Cattery’s designated Vet for the appropriate storage until the owners return unless otherwise instructed by the owner

Visitors to the cattery are not allowed to touch any pet other than their own

Deviations to any terms are at our discretion
